One of the downsides to being on a budget is the fact that you cannot go hog wild on celebrations.  And that, my friends, is no fun at all.

It’s magic.  Pretty sure.  Simply mix in those you love most, tasty fare, lots of laughter, and voila–it’s a party!

    How adorable is this?? I've been loving photos with balloons in them…I must be reverting back to childhood!

    That's wonderful. I do love balloons! You know what else I love? Bubble machines. I want a bubble machine. I really do!
