It’s June 10th and still the rain continues to fall. Oh sure, we’ve had our break here and there–Idaho is, after all, known for its schizophrenic weather. And it hasn’t been all bad, mind you. I haven’t had to lug around a hose that kinks every five minutes … and therefore utter obscenities. I can open windows and fill the house with the sweet scent of rain. The violets remain happy as clams. But my vegetable garden is beginning to get a bit disgruntled. And if the rain doesn’t break soon, I may be tempted to light every candle in sight, bake pumpkin bread and start decorating with gourds.
Perhaps if I purchase a new umbrella and do a bit of dancing in the rain, it will cease and desist.
I’m thinking the Bella Pagoda Black & White Pinwheel would do nicely … wouldn’t you agree?!

Oh, yes!! This is totally a dancing in the rain umbrella! It's a cheerful little beauty to chase the clouds away…but, then I would want it to keep raining if I had it in my hands! Ohhh, it's a nice summer sun umbrella!
It's funny – I never, ever carry umbrellas, but I absolutely love them. They are such iconic images. So styling. I love the one you choose.
