Skyping with family in Sweden invitebly ends with love and kisses. Awhile back, as we vollied smooches back and forth, I said to my nephew, “Love you to the moon and back!”
He stopped, thought for second, then said, “Love you many colors.”
Not to rub it in or anything, but the boy’s a genius. Four years old and already he knows how to speak the language of the heart.
So with that, Happy Valentine’s Day!
May it be bright; may it be happy; may you know just how much you are loved.

I love that! What a sweet thought. My grandmother used to say "I love you to the moon and back" and then it would start to be a whole thing about which of us loved the other more. I love you to VENUS and back. I love you to JUPITER and back…I LOVE YOU to PLUTO and back.
