As the meaning might convey, gratitude should not be something we show or express one day … one week … even one month a year; rather, it should be a part of who we are–like the air we breathe. Nonetheless, it’s good to take inventory every now and again.
So what–large or small–makes up your life of gratitude?

I agree! Believe it or not, I think the blog has helped my "glass half empty" mentality. I think I see the upside of things more often now because I'm writing about it 🙂
🙂 i'm grateful on a daily basis just to wake up and breathe. but i'm working through my 2nd annual month of gratitude and it's a lot.
