What do you do on a rainy Sunday afternoon in Autumn?
Why, visit the zoo, of course!
You may recall me mentioning this fellow–well, we’re nearing his first birthday. Firsts are a pretty big deal, you know. That’s why my mum and I were honored to join his first trip to the zoo; we meandered through the park–saying hello to the animals, wiping raindrops from our brows along the way . . .
Of course, this was his favorite part . . .
First trip to the zoo, first time behind the wheel–like I said, pretty big deal. And I’ll tell you now, nothing quite brightens a dreary day like the sound of a child laughing. Now that I mention it, this may have been our favorite part, too.
So yes, my weekend held a splash of color to enliven the surroundings. . .
And a good dose of cuteness to enliven the spirit. Guess you might say our season started in the grandest of fashion–hope the same might be said of yours!
xoxo
It's so fascinating to watch little kids experience something for the first time – I'm really glad all of y'all enjoyed yourselves

It\’s true! The world is a little more sparkly through the eyes of a child . . .
Oh my goodness!!! Little man behind the wheel is way too adorable!

I know–I can hardly stand that level of cuteness!
What a great day! We invited you two because "everything is better with Amy and Debbie" but the wonderful pictures are a bonus I hadn't thought of! Thanks so much!
It was great. I say Disney is next! 😉
