I’ve gone to the same hairdresser for years. It’s what you do, you know–find a hairdresser you like, then stick to her (or him) like glue.
The salon was nothing fancy, mind you. They did not even accept appointments. I knew, however, that my hairdresser made exceptions to the rule. That’s what I called to inquire about, yesterday . . . only to be informed she no longer works for that salon. They did give me the number of the new salon. I tried calling, to no avail.
Did I mention I’m cheap? Totally cheap. I looked at one salon and their haircuts start at $40. Not the worst, I’ll grant you. But that’s where they start and I end. Given I’m taking on an eery semblence to Cousin It, it would probably be closer to $100. And that would make me cry big, crocodile tears. Or, be really annoyed–one or the other.
So, here I am, looking a bit shaggy, but ready for the weekend all the same.
It’s going to be a busy one on my end. There are parties for friends and family to-dos. So long as I strategically place myself behind the camera, it’s gonna be good!
Now, what about you? Any big plans? Do tell.
With that, nothing but goodness in the coming days, my friends. Nothing but goodness . . .
A happy, happy weekend, to you!
